Working with You
Your comfort matters to us. If your warmers are not right for you, you have 30 days after receiving them to request a return. Items should be in the original condition they were received in - unused and unwashed.

Return Shipping
To keep our pricing fair and to honour our zero-waste, low-impact crafting process, we ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping if the customer didn't opt into Checkout+ coverage. Once your item arrives back to us, we’ll refund you in full for the product.

Damages or Issues
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please let us know through our customer portal 

Exchanges
We welcome exchanges within 30 days from delivery for unused items. The item must be in unused or condition.

Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return arrives and once it’s approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
