Our Happiness Guarantee
Your comfort matters to us. If your warmer doesn’t feel right for you, you have 30 days after receiving it to request a return. Items should be lightly worn or unused and include proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
To keep our pricing fair and to honour our nearly zero-waste, low-impact crafting process, we ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping. Once your item arrives back to us, we’ll refund you in full for the product.

Damages or Issues
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out right away. We’ll make it right — and we’ll cover all shipping costs in those situations.

Exchanges
We welcome exchanges within 7 days for unused items. Customers cover the cost to send the item back. After we receive it, we’ll issue a refund for the item so you can place a new order in the size or style you prefer.

Refunds
We’ll notify you when your return arrives and once it’s approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
