We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team, remotely. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our sustainable and Indigenous brand to the world. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a deep appreciation for the environment and a desire to make a positive impact.
Social Media Management:
- Direct the growth of our brand's online presence across key social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Strategize and schedule captivating content, encompassing posts, stories, and videos that align with our brand's core values and spotlight our social and sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and implement impactful email marketing campaigns and automation flows to engage and retain our valued customer base.
- Continuously monitor email campaign performance and execute optimizations to enhance results.
- Craft compelling and brand-consistent content, spanning blog posts, articles, photos, and videos, designed to both educate and captivate our environmentally-conscious audience.
- Ensure content aligns with our commitment to sustainability and social impact.
- Elevate website content for improved search engine visibility (SEO) to bolster organic traffic.
- Generate SEO-optimized content for auroraheat.com, including blogs and other website assets, to increase online exposure.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of our digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, Klayvio, and Shopify.
- Generate routine reports and offer valuable insights to elevate marketing strategies and amplify the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Affiliate Marketing Program Coordination:
- Collaborate with influencers and eco-conscious brands to explore co-marketing opportunities that align with brand values.
- Oversee commission and payment processes, ensuring affiliates receive timely compensation for their valuable contributions.
- Provide continuous support and maintain open lines of communication with affiliates, inspiring them to drive referral sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on eCommerce.
- A passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and analytical mindset with the ability to adapt to changing trends.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Graphic design skills and knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are a plus.
- Hours/week: 20 - 25
- Wage: $27 - 30/hour
