Material
Sheared wild beaver fur has exceptionally dense, silky-soft underfur that naturally traps warm air close to the body.
Beaver fur is breathable, durable and naturally insulating. We shear it to an optimal height so the warmers fit comfortably inside children’s mittens, boots and hats.
Each piece of wild fur is naturally unique in colour and texture.
Usage
Hands: Place one warmer inside each mitten or glove with the fur side against the skin.
Feet: Place the slimmer warmers on top of the toes, fur side against the foot, and pull a snug sock over them to help hold them in place. Wool-blend socks work especially well.
Head: Place the larger warmer inside a toque or winter hat with the fur side against the head.
Aurora Heat warmers do not generate heat. The dense beaver fur helps hold your child’s own body warmth close.
Always remove the warmers before laundering clothing, socks, mittens or hats.

Designed for babies through approximately age 8, depending on the child’s size and the fit of their clothing and footwear.
Care
We leave space on the leather backing so you can write your child’s name with a permanent marker — useful for daycare, school and outdoor programs.
If the warmers become damp, shake off excess moisture, gently reshape the leather and allow them to air dry naturally on a flat surface.
Give the fur an occasional gentle shake or rub to restore its loft.
Avoid direct heat and contact with lotions, oils and perfumes.
