FREE SHIPPING 

Aurora Heat offers free shipping to most areas of Canada and the US on order subtotals over $175. This means the free shipping minimum is calculated before tax and after discounts are applied. Some areas of Canada and the US do not qualify for free shipping services. You will be notified upon order placement if you do not qualify.

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

All orders are processed in 7 - 9 business days and will arrive within the estimated shipping time provided by Canada Post at checkout. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. To keep jobs in the small, remote community of Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, shipping times can be up to 3 days longer than estimated. We assure you that the wait will be well worth it as our products offer warmth for 7+ years, and counting!

Canada Post Express shipping can also be purchased. Express orders will arrive faster but still require 3 business days to arrive at the nearest major shipping center.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping via Canada Post and their shipping partners. Please proceed to checkout for an estimate of shipping costs to your shipping address.

On overseas orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes and other local importation charges. International orders have a slightly longer turnaround time with 1-2 business days processing time. Shipping times are provided via Canada Post and are estimated based on your shipping address at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for any costs in returning products from outside North America. Please note we will accept returns but shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
